John Nyambane
Founder & Executive Director
A passionate changemaker and visionary leader, John Nyambane is the driving force behind Ethical Transformation Impact, where he leads bold initiatives at the intersection of community development, sustainable agriculture, animal welfare, and global health. As an accomplished sociologist, John brings an interdisciplinary lens to building ethical and sustainable food systems that improve both human and animal well-being.

Prof. Germano Mwabu
Director (Strategic Growth and Development)
A visionary leader in economic thought and social transformation, Prof. Germano Mwabu brings decades of academic excellence and global research experience to his role as Director of the Ethical Transformation Impact. With a deep commitment to advancing sustainable development and equitable growth, he continues to shape impactful policies and inspire innovative approaches to societal change.

Celina Kagendo
Director (Operations)
A dedicated educator and development practitioner, Celina Mutegi brings strong leadership and operational expertise to her role as Director of Operations at Ethical Transformation Impact. She is a Lecturer at Tharaka University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, deepening her expertise in community development and social impact.

Thomas Murithi
Director (Monitoring and Evaluation)
Thomas Murithi is a seasoned Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) expert, researcher, and consultant with extensive experience supporting government policy projects, NGOs, and private enterprises. As Director of Monitoring and Evaluation, he provides strategic leadership in designing, implementing, and assessing programs that drive evidence-based decision-making and measurable impact across education, governance, health, and community development sectors.

Ms. Christine Mwende
Program Manager
A passionate advocate for youth empowerment and social change, Christine Mwende brings a dynamic blend of leadership, empathy, and expertise to her role as Program Manager at Ethical Transformation Impact. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Gender, Sociology, and Psychology at Kenyatta University, equipping her with a deep understanding of the social dynamics that drive sustainable development and community transformation.
